I need a peer to peer donation exchange website where participants provide financial help and also receive financial help from one another on the basis of first come first serve. 2 people will pay 1 person on top, the person at the top that has been paid will recycle back to pay someone, while those 2 people that paid him will wait to be provided with 2 people each that will pay them. ( ie 2:1 matrix). There will be no payment gateway whatsoever. Participants pay each other locally by going to the bank with the bank details of the person which they would have gotten the moment they sign up. An example site is www.twinkas.com.
