Build a private web site. It will have a User ID and Password protected login page.
Forgot Password link for sending the password to registered email address
Create an admin page to allow additions, changes & deletions of approved users.
Data stored to be Full name of user, Company name, full address, User ID, Password,
email address, date and time added to the system, number of policies requested, date and time of last policy entered.
After login, approved User enters the following information:
Auto Year, Make, Model, VIN, MSRP, Actual Cash Value
Owner name, Address, City, State, Zip (Illinois and Indiana only)
Is Auto leased or does it have a loan against it? Length in months of Loan or Lease.
Based on the above information, a premium amount is calculated from a provided table.
Table is small at approx. 16 entries. $25 fee is then added to be printed below.
If state is Indiana, print a two page 8.5 x 11 contract. Reprint the first page as a 2nd copy. MS Word Doc will be supplied.
If State is Illinois, print an eight page 8.5 x 11 contract. Reprint the first page as a 2nd copy. MS Word Doc will be supplied.
Store all the information entered along with date and time entered.
Create a method to download all data, on demand or based on a daily schedule, to a local PC or server. Excel or CSV format.
Web Site to be Unix server hosted by Network Solutions.
Visually it will be simple with minimal graphics or artwork.
