Hello there I need someone to do this for me:
I have a very brilliant idea of something creative and sure it would be a hit. It is a website for civil servant aspirants of India. I need someone to create and develop a website from scratch as I have 0 knowledge about it. It should be simplistic form that any aspirant would find easy to browse through. I want to update it with articles daily and thus the selected freelancer must explain to me as how to update contents to the website. I would like to know your price too in your bid. If you dont mention your price You wont be selected and include 'IAS' at top of your bid description as a proof that you've read the entire thing.
PS: I need the full package and include all the charges from regsitration till end in your bid.
