I need to get an idea of how much it will cost to build a website to meet my needs. I am not sure if it needs to be a custom build or if there is a solution already out there that can be customised to my need.
I need:
- Members must sign up and pay a subscription fee to join
- There are 2 kinds of members. 1. Customers and 2. Lenders.
- The customer signs up, logs in and submits a 'deal' for admin (me) to review.
- Admin then puts together a deal overview and posts it to the site for lenders to review
- If the lender if interested in the deal overview they click to show their interest and admin puts the lender in contact with the customer
- Admin charges the Customer (or Lender) a 0.25% of the deal fee if the deal is successful
- Only registered and paid lenders can see / search deal overviews (i.e. not visible to general public)
- Customers can only see their deal. Customer cannot search or see other customer deals. Only lenders can see all customer deals.
- Deals will be by categories / amounts / type of loan etc.
For example. Customer A wants to build a 20 story unit block and requires $18m of debt, and $5m of mezzanine finance. They sign up and submit the details for admin to review (Needs to be a form with the option to add attachments like PDF, EXCEL, WORD etc. Admin creates an overview of the deal and posts it to the website. Only registered Lenders can view the deal. Lender 1 expresses an interest in providing the $18m and Lender 2 expresses an interest in providing $5m or Mezzanine. Admin creates a referral for both lenders to the customer. If the deal is successful admin invoices Customer A (or the option to invoice the Lender instead) for 0.25% of the transaction value. No other customer can view customer A deal. No other lender can know that another lender has also expressed an interest in the deal.
I need it to be user friendly for all parties. I need documents to be able to be attached to each deal. I need some kind of dashboard / timeline management to know where each deal is up to. Happy to provide further details if required to get a better idea of the cost. I will also need general failing public pages that explains what the website does, how it works, about us, blog, contact etc.
It would be good if I could see samples of sites you have already built, or read reviews from previous customers. I have no idea how much something like this costs so please ignore the budget I have set for this listing.
