Build a risk triage portal that i can sell.

Hi,

I am looking for a freelancer who can bring the attached excel spreadsheet to life online.

Through a portal online that you login to, I need the following functionality:

- Home page with a dashboard of statistics in charts

- A button at the top bar stating "Triage a Procurement"

- When you click the "Triage a Procurement", it goes to a new page, and use the excel spreadsheet attached to create the triage system

- Once completed, click a submit button and it goes to x for approval. X gets an email stating they need to approve the risk triage, click the button, open an approvals page and have buttons saying Approved, Not Approved. If approved it notifies y that it has been approved and gets filed away, if it doesnt get approved, it notifies y also that is has not been approved.

- I need an admin button that has three streams of people who can be in their categorised by Admin, Purchaser, Approver.

- To add people in there, you simply need to enter their first and last name, email address and phone number.

- I also need some good reporting that automatically gets generated from a click of a button into pdf format.
