Build the admin panel for my dairy business [ Responsive ]

I would like to have a simple dashboard for my dairy farm to track the daily (Morning shift/ evening shift) yields of the animals and
also the amount of milk (liters and in terms of rupees) given to the distributors (currently 2, will increase) and amount of milk sold directly for cash.
The input interface should be simple for the farm hand to use - and should give limited access ( eg. only todays values can be entered today and cannot be entered/changed later)
Admin level access to change number of animals/add additional distributors and make changes. also should be able to add accounts (in case more than one farm exists at different locations)
Simple graphs showing showing the following at different levels
Animal Level Graphs - Average yield per week./ maximum yield for the week. Feed used for the day. Day Counter (Showing days from last delivery)
Total Farm dashboard Graphs - Production for the day- production per shift. Average yield per week total. Average yield per week split according to shift. Feed used for the week. Amount spent on feed perday/ week. Amount made from distributor/ direct sales.
