Cartoon graphic design - a little naughty and rude

We would like a cartoon lady (please see sample image) looking at or holding a vibrator. We want a set of at least 4 images where the vibrator ranges in size from small, medium, large and extra large.
In each image the the ladies face should look happy and of course the bigger the vib the bigger the smile she should have. We would also like her nipples to pointing thru her top and also be larger with each vibe size.
Finial there should be a therometer that we can copy and paste with different measurement to show the size and some image to show the diameter.
In the sample image we really like the first two girls, but like the look on the faces of the others.
Please only quote if you have some samples that are similar to the images in our picture. We would require these images in a size and resoultion that we could use in print and web.
