Design an access security pad image for game

Hi,
I'm looking for someone to design an image of a sound activated security pad which is mounted on the wall. It needs to look high tech and have a similar layout to the attached paint document.
Needs to be 10cm x 12cm with a small gap around the edges where the supposed 'screws' would be. Needs to have the text on it at the top so people know what it is but also the main bit in the middle which should look like a sensor which picks up sound. Around can be a number of lights etc just to make it look high tech. The main background colour needs to be black or dark grey. Msg if you need any other instructions. Thanks!
