AdWords expert to manage current campaigns

We are looking for a Google Adwords Expert that has extensive experience in SEM.
1) PROOF OF EXPERIENCE: I need to see ACTIVE campaigns that you CURRENTLY manage, as well as reports on the growth of traffic generated by these campaigns.
2) DAILY ACTIONS AND REPORTING: I need to see active work being done to the campaigns on a daily basis, as well as a provision of DAILY reports outlining the changes / additions and the impact these changes have on the campaign.
Add Relevant Keywords, Create Ads to improve Quality Score to a Minimum of 7 to 9.
3) AD RELEVANCE, EXPECTED CLICK THROUGH RATE & LANDING PAGE EXPERIENCE
I will need you to optimize these items in order to get a HIGH QUALITY SCORE.
4) Show Daily work report with what SPECIFIC updates were made to IMPROVE QUALITY SCORE
to improve CLICK THROUGH RATE.
I am acting on behalf of a large real estate client in the UK - this is ONGOING work, but you need to PROVE your skills and experience BEFORE I award the job.
