Here are few Guidelines, have a look and let me know your views.
Directory Link Placement - [url removed, login to view]
1. The placement URL submitted to us must be the actual location of the where the link is placed and must be verified live and resolve to the designated URL. It may not have any suggestion of free links or buying links. In addition, the word “link” or “links” cannot be in the placement URL.

2. Directory site must have a PR3 homepage or higher and must be a true directory site. Sub domain directories, link farms, Classifieds, Job Boards, iframes will not be accepted.
3. Directory site homepage must have been cached within 30 days prior to placement.
4. Links must be clearly visible on placement page. Nofollow tags, javascript redirects, or redirects of any kind are not allowed on the client’s links.
5. All directory links require an original description. Description must be 1-2 sentences and have proper grammar and spelling. Descriptions can be repeated up to 5 times maximum. If we supply a description (Use Description) you are required to use it.
6. Placement page must not contain adult, pharmacy, or gambling links unless the client category is adult, pharmacy, or gambling.
7. Placement page category must be relevant to client’s category and link text.
8. All placement URLs for a client must have 100% unique IP address.
9. Links are guaranteed for 30 days from date of placement. You must replace a link if the placement URL no longer resolves, the page is not visible, or the client’s link is deleted.
10. Must be a true directory site. Sub domain directories, link farms, Classifieds, Job Boards, iframes will not be accepted.
11. The site and page language must be English unless otherwise noted.
12. If site allows, add tags reflecting client keywords. See example attached:
