Customize Unicenta (Openbravo POS)

I need a good java developer with Unicenta experience to help us to modify a few modules within Unicenta and to work with us to develop our own extensions to it. Some of the changes we're looking at will be to the source code and some will just be to the scripts. One specific change is to be able to handle working with the MEV device for restaurants in Quebec. To do this we need to modify the output to the printer and wrap it in some XML. Other changes will be made in the future which we will also need help with. We are hoping to work with someone in the Toronto area so that it's possible to meet in person if needed, although this is not absolutely required.
