Alter Menu

I have a dropdown menu on my website. Home, Services, About Us, Contact Us, Etc. Instead of having the sub menus drop down below the Home, Services, About Us, Etc, I would like my left menu i have inside another table to update.

So, when you mouseover Services, on the left side of my page, It will have a title called Services and under that will be bulleted items, Such as Service 1, Service 2, Service, 3, etc. When you mouseover About Us, then the left menu will update with a title About Us and below that you will have bulleted items like Location, Operating Hours, Employment, Etc.

It is just like the normal jquery menu except it updates in a different location. This should not be hard and should be easy for someone who has the experience. I don't care what language you use as long as it works on most servers and it should be easy for me to make changes.

I am looking to pay $50 or less. If you have the experience to do something like this please bid.
