We are looking for a good and flexible lawyer, who supports us in checking / crafting and creating English language contracts. It’ll be mainly sales contracts, master purchase contracts and other sales related legal issues (request for proposals, statements of compliance’s etc).
The person we are looking for should be native speaker or at least should have lived in an English speaking country for 3 – 5 years and should have knowledge and understanding of US and other international contracts.
Some knowledge of the German language would be of advantage.
This is a freelance job purely avail. on demand, paid by hour. So please inform us about your hourly rate.
