We need: - A new logo for out company: Cosigma - A logo for our software product: Cover - A splash screen for our software product. - Color table for the product We have attached company logo, product logo, product icon and product splash screen. Our requirements for the new logo: It can be inspired by the attached logo or a new logo can be made. We need a logo which are much more conservative, but still with a twist. Cosigma means Risk Control where sigma is the Greek letter "s" which is used to denote "standard deviation" and sigma^2 is the variance (or risk). The company produces software for controlling and analysing risks in life insurance companies. We are also consultants to the finance industry. Our requirements for the new product logo: We are happy with the application icon attached for our product Cover. The company logo and splash screen needs to be more simple and conservative. All of the colors used can be changed. We would like to receive a color table with different versions of the colors used in the logo. An example could be 5 dusty blue colors (from dark to light), 5 dusty green or cyan and 2 "splash" colors like orange or yellow.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
3) The graphics needs to be delivered in native format (e.g. *.ai) and in *.jpg
