We have a problem with setting up our website and conversion tracking from adwords and other goals.

The main reason for this problem is that conversions are not properly registered in the (one-step) checkout. We also have Fooman advanced analytics but we only seem to registry 1/10 of the actual sales on the site in Google Analytics.
