Android Caller App - Full spec provided - repost

Thanks for your interest in reading my post.

For a client of mine, I need an Android version of an iPhone application my company developed recently. Full spec and screenshots will be provided once the project is awarded. Here I can only give high level requirements:

- App will have 4 tabs in the action bar:

(1): History : Simple list view, full screen

(2): Contacts: Android contact list is displayed. Should be very similar to / same with the built in contacts. Search needed.

(3): Dial-pad: Screenshot will be provided. Dial pad to dial a number.

(4) Info: A Web view that will open a URL.

- When a number is dialled, app will make a simple web service call to get another number to dial. The web service output is just a phone number like 07881234567. I expect good skills here (ie. separate thread for the call, spiny when the call is in progress etc).

- App will only work on phones, no tablets.

- App UI should adjust itself depending on the screen size.

- My team will test the app - NO BUGS ACCEPTED.

- Sorry for the rush BUT app needs to be completed in 7 days after the award.

- Bitbucket will be used for pushes.
