Android Google Maps API method to redraw path

I'm developing an Android application which draws a path on a map to guide drivers to drive to the place sent by the server.
The project is almost done, but I got stuck when the driver take another path and we have to redraw the new path from the current position. Right now the application is able to calculate the new path but the view doesn't draw it to the user.
I need help to fix this bug.
