I am wanting to create a mobile website that I will be able manage myself.

Site needs to have user login functionality with a forgotten password feature.

Administrator requires to be able to add new users (no registration option).

Once inside app each login will have a list of people. The list will then be able to be drilled into with personal information on drill down screen. An attendance record should be able to be generated at button touch (in attendance, absent, late, excused) and note section for each day and a submission button. Submission will go to the administrator and other selected users.
