I am looking for a worker who will be able to create an app. This app will basically be a matching/date app that people will use in a club/bar/public place to see single people like what they are looking for, a small description including basic information like age, sex, weight, etc. This will be real-time application. Basically, you put it on (GPS will go on automatically) when you are ready to meet someone and you sign out when you aren't.
This will be a many steps project. I will test the market step by step. I am an experienced investor and entrepreuneur. The total of the project will be a ''Larger Project'', but I want to make it step by step, so I will call it Small project for now.
