I need someone with experience in Xamarin and IOS Core Animation to complete a small project that takes a sequence of command line animation instructions and enacts them using IOS Core Animation. The core class libraries and test harness is written and working with basic moving and 2D rotation, but now I need more complex animations to be included. This is a simple project if you have the skills required, difficult if you do not, and hence it is a fixed price project.

NOTE: any application that doesn't answer the following question will be discarded:

Q: What CoreAnimation feature would you use to complete the "dou" command?
