There are two primary functions needed for this iOS app. It needs to have an HTML embedded browser that will load URLs from the server-side web based software. It will in no way allow the user to navigate outside of the website UI/UX.
The second is push notifications features that will listen to notification alerts from the web based software, and use a native notification system for doing so.
Other requirements are, when the app is first installed, it will show a registration screen in order to get access to the app. This is a 16 character code that is tied to their company's account so they are only accessing their own customers' info.
The app itself will store the account info based on the matched registration entry. That will be used to gain future access and will not ask for a reg key after that.
