Configuration OpenGTS Enterprise

I already have an OpenGTS Enterprise. I use MEITRACK DCSERVER. But I have some problems.
I explain the points to be fixed here:
1. MVT380 , MVT600 , MVT800 , etc., have internal memory. When no data is received these information stored and then sent to the server . My plattform does not do show These points.
2. I want you to configure all alerts of equipment with the ALERT PANEL . As the panic button , hit alert , low battery alert , alert antennae cut , etc. . And they go to their respective email .
3. The configuration of the mails. It does not create free accounts . Do not send alerts to emails , not recover the password. I need these to be fixed.
4. Configuration fuel sensor and temperature measurement sensor .
The work is only configuration.
