I'm looking for a coder skilled with both ASP programming and search engine optimization. What I need done is an ASP download site that will list audio and video software. It will have featured programs that are shown prominently on the main page and the other pages, with a thumbnail and such. It will have a number of categories and must have a very good site design and look. There needs to be a method for programs to be submitted and an admin section for managing listings, setting which programs are featured, which is the top pick, etc. Perhaps have it where it can rotate between maybe 5 programs on a weekly basis for the top pick, which is shown on the main page and other pages. It is very important when programs are submitted and added that the listings generated from them and the main page itself will do well in search engines for audio and video related software (audio/video editors, converters, rippers, burners, etc.). When bidding, be sure to provide the following information:
1) If you will be available for "real-time" communication during the project via MSN/Windows Messenger or ICQ.
2) Any other web sites you have designed so that they can be reviewed for the design/look as well as their search engine positioning.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working site in ASP code form.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
