I'm looking for a C# person to handle (or contribute) to one or more Web projects. Since we work closely by phone during business hours, its important that you live in the USA or Canada.
I manage a small team of artists, coders, SEO people, etc and would like to add another talented person to our team. Depending on your skills, I can farm out whatever amount of work you wish to handle. My role is to handlethe client, assign the tasks and do the screen designs. Your's will be to do the development.
If you've got C#/ASP.Net and SQL2000 experience great. I also have work for a PHP/PostGreSQL project as well.
This is likely to be a longterm relationship (years?), but, we'll work through Rent-a-Coder for the first $100 task.
## Deliverables
Just send me a quick note indicating your interest. Give me a feel for the extent of your experience, and maybe a few site's you worked on. I also want to know your hourly rate. When you provide your rate, please be sensitive to the longterm potential of this position. If your rate is too high, I will be forced to consider someone more competive. If you're 'fast', I realize you're worth more per hour. So let's see how we can be flexible in your initial fee structure so I can 'validate' your worth.
I also need to know what city or region you're in, since I really need to have someone I can phone directly (within a 3 hours of my timezone, which is Arizona, USA).
