A user interface is needed for an existing web application. The delivered product should consist of a single web page with three tabs as well as three to four associated pop up dialogs for editing details on the tabbed page.? The business objects, data access layer and database objects (tables, views, stored procedures, etc.) have already been developed and your final product will use these components to acquire and persist data in the SQL Server database.? The business layer was written using C#.

The business requirements of this project involve creating and maintaining a treatment plan for a patient/consumer.? The treatment plan will contain a variety of details like the consumer, start date, status, one or more problems, discharge date, anticipated services, consumer hopes among other things.? Each treatment plan or individual resilience/recovery plan (IRRP) will also have one or more goals which in turn will have one or more subordinate objectives, which in turn will have one or more subordinated interventions.?

That is to say there is a one to many relationship between goals and objectives; a one to many relationship between objectives and interventions.
