I already have an existing schematic design program with a SPICE simulator and digital simulator built in. Written in Visual C/C++ and MFC.
Now I want to be able to place a CPU on the schematic then connect it to other schematic components and simulate the whole thing at the voltage level.
I want the CPU to simulate real code, interrupts, ports, built in peripherals, set break points, trace buffer, examine registers, memory etc.
So basically I want add CPU simulation capability to my existing program. I want to simulate the entire MicroChip PIC family and the Atmel AVR family. At first just start off with one to get the basic architecture and core. Then if that goes well, I will hire you again and again and again to write code to simulate all those other processors using the core architecture you designed for the first processor.
You can write the code from scratch, or modify existing GNU or GPL or other public domain CPU simulators and adapt it to work with my simulator.
The code you develop will be a plug-in that "plugs into" the existing simulator. I will give you all the documentation and free copy of the simulator and the SDK for the plug-in development and all documentation examples etc. The plug-in should include a dialog boxe so that the user can configure the plug-in and that particular CPU.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
