dll for printing fedex labels (rearranging images and adding text)

Enclosed are four files. The first one is the [url removed, login to view] (which is the source of information for the project)

the second one is fedex [url removed, login to view] (which is what the end results should be similar to). which also is similar to [url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view] is an example of the image file used by fedex.

What is needed are these methods, properties

1. htmldata (property) (this would be the html that would be similar to what was shown) which would be parsed

2. printlabel (this would print with the new format with default settings).

3. gettrackingnumber (this would get the tracking number for this based on parsing the htmldata).

4. extradata (this is the data that would print on the top

5. font properties (this would be the standard font properties like size, color, name, bold, etc.

What is involved is cutting and pasting parts of the image. There is no need to edit the image itself (no ocr), just cutting and pasting portions to look like the final results

need to be able to print on a 5.5 by 8.5 label. Will need to be rotated so it would fit that. Can be done in any language. If not in VB, then needs to be COM enabled and be able to use with Visual Basic 6.0.
