Classifieds listing site with? as much functionality as esvon or geosdesic. It must have a high degree of customization? and must use mysql and PHP un encrypted. So I can continue to modify and tweak it.
The site must be capable of regional and national listings, payments, SEO friendly urls, paid listings and free listings, and be completely open to add features or change functionality later.

I have a long list of features I would like you to build, I am only providing some of those features here to protect trade secrets. I would just use a pre-built script but none offer all the features I need as a base part of the functionality of the ad listing system itself.
