PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: RAC: I need a complete website to be coded 1)The Website contains about 20 pages such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. 2)I have included a draft which shows how the website is arranged and designed. All pages have the same design. Only in the middle of the website (the blue field in the draft) each page contains different text and about 2-3 different pictures. So each page is almost same. 3) Everything on this website is static, so I don’t need a CMS. Websites such "News" or "References" will remain always static/unchanged. 4) I have designed every page in MS Word, so you have to code it 1:1 in HTML. 5) The website contains 2 additional features: In the "Contact Us" page there is a email form. The special thing about it, is, that the user question is sent to my email address AND is saved in the database. Therefore I need an Admin Website, where I can see the name, the question, the date and the IP address of the Email Writer. And I should be able to edit the data in the Admin Website. In addition I have a page where about pictures are shown in a simple gallery, like here: [login to view URL] If you click on a picture, then the picture should open in another layer like here: [login to view URL] . So, a js_popup is necessary. 6) I will deliver the MS Word files as well as all pictures (as jpg) in a Zip file. 7)You also have to be able to work with any graphic software because there are some small adjustments/corrections needed. 8) The Website should be coded in a HTML language and PHP (for the database) For this work I will give you about 30 days time. The most important thing is: during your work I want that you deliver me each page as soon as you have finished each page, so I need a report after each second day! This is important so that I can control if everything is alright.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
