Stage 1a: Design website logo. Company name is Rental and Leasing Company. Prefer logo with the R and L as part of the logo. Attached is a bad example or attempt by a logo designer. Coder has freedom to choose colors. I woul like 3 drafts of the logo to choose from. Stage 1: Build a car and electronic appliances (plasma TV, projectors, etc) website. (Coder to prepare 3 different drafts of the homepage so client can select preferred or suggest adjustments) Home page should have a macromedia display very much like, [url removed, login to view] Menu list will be as follows: Top section --> Cars - Projectors - Plasma TV - Special Offers - Membership - Book Now Bottom secion --> Home - Our Company - contact us - news - sitemap ---> Select your language 3 languages (English, French and Spanish) - as shown in the above website with the ability to select and change as required. The macromedia images will change from cars to plasma tvs to projectors, etc (not cars only) =================================================== Stage 2: Setup Admin (back end. Coders to recommend best backend software e.g. osCommerce. This site will later collect credit card payments so this must be supported. The back end must have the features of osCommerce e.g. customer registration and login. Newsletter distribution to all customers. Also information sections or webpages must be changable or updated by client through the backend. ========================================================== Stage 3: Additional pages will be added 1. the car rental page with the ability to add images and rates. Like any other car rental website, customer must be able to select from different categories of cars and then select a date using a calendar (java script). 2. electronic appliances page to select an appliance and book it. =========================================================== Payment can be done in stages shown. =======================================================

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
