We require the following:
1) Create a website look and feel (including Flash elements)
2) Develop the website’s structure and content management system.
3) Code pages
4) Add dynamic elements
5) Upload and handover website
6) Instruct us in updating functionality. We need to be able to update the website by ourselves from within any web browser, via a secure ‘admin’ control panel.
7) The website should also include creation and use of Macromedia Flash where appropriate.
8) The site has to be search engine friendly and once completed, a Google site map needs to be created and need to be submitted to Google by you. We currently feature very high up in Google.
9) I need to be guaranteed that the website will be as good as if not better than the website links I have provided.
Please note that we **DO NOT** want the whole Al-Falah site be written within Flash, so that the site should be as technically accessible as possible.

Our business is up-market and our products are luxury products therefore the website should demonstrate that as well.
We already have the **URL:** [[url removed, login to view]][2] and have our own hosting package. The site would just need to be uploaded.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
