I am currently developing a new submission platform using wordpress, I have found plugins that cover most of the functionality we require, however there are a number of formatting issues and display conflicts - I don't write much code so we require someone who is very comfortable with it to effectively debug our site - in the long run we would also be interested in finding someone that will also make the site load quickly and efficiently - in the long run the site will also have a fairly large load placed on it through large quantities of user submissions and views so we'd like to essentially also get you to 'future proof' the site
