Create Functionality for existing Wordpress Templates

We currently have a coded and completed a wordpress theme with all HTML and CSS, however, we have several templates we need extra functionality on.
- Make product Search box work. Searchable by product code and name. displays all results exactly like existing products page.
- make category filer work. When a category, or multiple categories are selected, products from those categories will be displayed. The filter names will be automatically populated from ‘categories’.
- Order form must have a feed of all active products (posts) in a drop down format. Currently this is labelled ‘Product’
- Order form must have the ability to add multiple product lines through an ‘add product’ button
- Entire website must be made responsive.
