API MASHUP- SOLVE360 CRM data to PDF form

The API allows you to look up contact records from a PHP script. ? I want to pass the 7 digit contact id number through the url (ie. [url removed, login to view]? )? to this script and have it look up all of the fields for that contact. ? I.e. first name, last name prefix phone, work address, home address, email, etc. ? I want all those fields to be input into populate a web form which can be edited manually. ? I also want one field in that form to be a drop down box of pdf files to have the fdf reference. ? The drop down box options would be populated using a script that sorts through a specific directory and lists pdf files there.

I want you to use the following script to use the php library here for creating fdf files from a web form.? <[url removed, login to view]>.

If easily done I would also like to be able to optionally make do url link like? [url removed, login to view] or? [url removed, login to view]

where the specified file is an available file in the web directory of pdf's that I want the fdf outputted to reference.
