Automatic Account Creator Software

Contracotrs are invited to creating a ambaded software that can create and verify the accounts, emailcode verification, captcha and must be a light software with no extra hardware requirements except fast internet.
I am looking to build 50 accounts per day using the software that you guys will create.
The account will have a valid email address... and the site will send a code that needs to be clicked to have the account validated.... the email can have a random name like: blahblah at [url removed, login to view] and the domain [url removed, login to view] will be setup to catch all emails and redirect to a gmail or ymail account for later and get clicked/verified by the software.
