What I require here is a site from where my clients can send single and bulk SMS. We already have an existing site and database which the coder will need to access so that this new bulk sms site can access the database. You will work with a web designer who is creating a new website design for us so that you can attach your website to the 'SEND BULK SMS' button on our home page.

I am attaching a document that explains more on the site. Upon completion, you will be required to give me the whole job in a zipped file and also upload same on the server for testing and approval.

An experience in cakePHP will be appreciated
