I require a CAKEPHP developer to take a project since our inhouse developers are pretty busy at the moment, main requirements are: 1. Strong PHP and OOP skills (3 years min Experience) 2. Expert DB architech 3. Deep experience using the CAKE PHP Framework to take advantage of the current CAKEPHP resources and make real use of the rapid development approach. 4. I prefer to work with individuals and avoid companies. 5. You should be available on MSN to report daily progress and meet the project deadline. 6. Strong knowledge of XHTML,CSS, JS, XML, AJAX and WC3 standars 7. You will need to sign a NDA if you get the job. Please provide description of previous experience as well portfolio links. I will provide with more information to the candidates which fill/agree with the above requirements. This will lead to a long term relation since we have other projects who need to be done as well which we cannot handle in housedue to the work overload.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
