Create Voyeur Cam Site with LOTS of Features

I'm looking to create a voyeur cam site. It will be for one performer now (my girlfriend and I) with hopes of adding more performers in the future. I plan to link up to 5 cameras simultaneously. I want tip options, direct paypal payment options, gallery, store, profiles, subscriber payments, login feature, VOD, contests, etc. etc. Basically, I want the works on this. I would like the video to be available in both HD and SD (for lower ranking users). I need a paid trial period option. From a design aesthetic, it needs to be pleasing to the eye. I'm a photographer/artist, and color is everything. I want it to be clean and contemporary. It needs to stand out. Whoever takes this job will also be retained for site maintenance, should you choose to stay. Please include links to your online portfolio.
