betting bot software

We would appreciate applications from a company with experience in betting software to develop a 'fill and kill' type application for a certain sector of betting markets for a betting exchange. Any solution should be calendar based and pre programmable allowing for betting on simultaneous yet separate events. The market that the application will be developed for is identical but it must be able to be applied to various markets. i.e. similar to currency trading bid price etc but markets would change but be similar eur to dollar or gbp to eur. different markets but the same application.

In other words it is a narrow application development but that can be applied across different markets.
