custom work to shopping cart

We've purchased an extension from woothemes that needs some customizing. It allows a user to ship items to multiple addresses and select shipping rates per address. The problem is when items are shipped to the same address, it doesn't combine shipping. It only offers one set of shipping charges for the two items in the cart. I assume there must be something in this extension that says "if the shipping address is the same, combine the shipping methods into one drop down" and we need to comment that out. We need to always offer separate shipping charges regardless of the shipping address. The current extension is a wordpress plugin. There is a PHP file and a JScript file to check - I would think the area to comment out is in there somewhere. Might also be in the cart program itself, but I will send you all files to check. We need to overwrite the combined shipping charges and only offer per item shipping charges.

I MUST see other cart examples or custom work you've done. This project must have a quick and successful completion. I will need daily progress reports to ensure this happen.
