I am looking for a All - in One system to be developed. I would like to build a unique portal. There would be multi level access. Some examples would be:
Master Admin: Myself
Company Admin: my employees whom can make user accounts administer etc as set by the master admin
Reseller Admin: Resellers can login using credentials made by Master or Company admin they can resell products and make a percentage or a flat fee commission.
Client Admin: A client can login and create users for their employee's vendors etc. A client admin can be made by any admin above them.
Client Login: Clients can login to use the system.
The system will primarily be a suite of business services as listed below: each will be a module
1. VOIP Telephone System - A open source telephone system can be used however users and admins must be able to administer their telephone system from a single login. A client account would be able to administer their extention or extentions.
2. Content Management System - We must be able to deploy this system rapidly. Basically create a full copy of it for each client instantly.
3. Document Management / Paperless system with e-signature - a open source may be used here as well however it needs to be custom and in out interface.
4. Human Resource Managment - There are many open sources however again need to be custom into our interface. Give your reccommendations.
5. Online training system - Interactive white board type solution. Basically course material may be posted maybe a discussion forum about specific products podcast or recordings may be posted about certain products etc
6. Video / Audio conferencing system - Company employees must be able to audio and video conference through a module
7. Procurrment System (Bid alert system like [login to view URL]) Basically vendors can post their products and buyers can bid. Also buyers can post their needs and bid requests etc
8. Product inventory system - Product inventory management there are alot of open source that may be integrated.
9. Finance System (submit electronic finance request - like lendingtree)
10. Customer / Sales management - like whmcs or any other software that may be integrated.
11. Accounting System same as 10 except handle accounting of a business.
12. Shopping cart Integratable shoppping cart.
These all must be modules addable by the Master Admin Company Admin etc as specified in their "license" there must be a licensing system. I just listed rough details on the modules that I am seeking to be integrated. Please provide your feedback along with your price.
