Changes to 2 Game Listing Sites

I run Minecraft and a Warcraft server listing website. This websites have game servers listed by server owners and their players vote each day to increase the server popularity. I can provide a URLs via PM. Each site is run off the exact same code, only designs are changed.
I need the following done on both sites:
1) Fix the flag location script. For whatever reason the flags won't appear for some servers on both sites. The server's location should be based on the server IP.
2) On the Warcraft site, I have a cronjob that checks the online status of each listed server and computes the uptime %. This was written for Minecraft and is more complex than it needs to be. I would like this script changed so that it can ping the WOW servers. Again, the Minecraft script works, so it would just be changing the script to accommodate WOW servers. I have another script that shows how WOW servers can be pinged, I just don't know how to combine them. This pinging script should be easily modified for future sites if I choose to re-use it for another game.
3) On the Warcraft site, the pagination system seems wonky. It works fine on the Minecraft site, but is listing pages that do not exist.
Keep in mind, most of this is all done, existing scripts just need to be modified, so the work shouldn't be extensive.
