AEC Installation/ Joomla Webmaster

Our professional society has designed and runs a website and we are generally content with its design and functionality.
Our webmaster is no longer able to support us and we are looking for a new webmaster for the long term.
The current priority for our site is to complete the installation of AEC and launch of subscription management on our site by January 15th. We will require help to update the installation if required, to answer questions for tagging, and then to complete its set up and activation.
Following this immediate task, we seek a webmaster that is also competent in the following general duties, extensions and components:
? Maintaining domain names in force
? Maintaining hosting facilities - including Amazon S3.
? The Joomla site has an integrated sign in with Moodle, Open Journal Systems, and Open Conference Systems
? Helping the association president to assess needs for new functions, and to evaluate, recommend and install new components.
? Maintain, update, debug, and coach staff on the presently used components.
