We have a Access 2007 Database which is splitted in 2 files, a Programm File where the codes and queries are located and a Data File where all the tables reside.
Since some weeks, only the Program File from this database grows hourly from 3MB to 150MB at the end of the day. After the last User from 10 closes the database, the "repair and compress" feature will automatically shrink the file again to 3MB but the most time, we can't use the database such a way, because it's too slow.
We don't know this problem exists since we had updated all clients from Access 07 SP1 to SP2 or if it's the result of some changes at the code.
We tried to create a third database file for all temporary records, but the problem still exists.
We need a solution for this grow problem.
