City Business Catalog / E-Directory, dynamic, easy and PHP/ajax-driven site needed

We are interested, to build or find a ready to use,

script or custom coded, website as portal, for

e-directory purposes for our city, able to dynamically

and VERY EASILY manage content, with flexible

templating and overall system, including advertisements.

We know hotscripts and a million other forums and

sites that have such free scripts, and we know we

are not going to re-invent the circle.

We, simply, don't have ANY time to waste researching

which might be the best script for that, nor do we have

the time developing it in-house, or wasting our time,

with coders here that will want to "learn" playing with

us or wasting our time with never delivering or delaying.

If, your company or you, have made such script,

or know any VERY good free one, which you CAN,

absolutely customize and make perfect to match

the template we would decide (you will propose,

or if you don't know graphics, we ll provide PSDs)

then, please post REASONABLE BIDS.
