Car Dealership Website - Contract ASAP

I need someone who has created a system similiar in scope to a car dealership. This project is completely up for grabs to anyone who has the skill. As you can imagine the contract will be of moderate size, if you have a CMS source code for a previous website that could be adjusted to work for this project that is also acceptable.
If you think you can create this website in Magento that is another plus because of time. I'm a web developer/web designer running my own company. I have just lost my best coder and I need someone who is willing to work hard and earn some money fast.

Here is the scope of the project for your portion:
Project complete by March 15th 2010 - 3 months
Currently 26 - 30 Cars at dealership
Potential Max of 75 cars
ADP database - Website connect to ADP
- Web Programming Back end with easy to use CMS to input car data
- E-commerce selling cars on the website (Overkill but if the client wants it we charge him for it ;)
- Database Development for the dealership (when are car is sold it adjusts automatically etc)
