Add-on Wordpress Popup products + prices

The proyect goal is to develop and addon to an exiting Wordpress temaplate.
The add on should have a backoffice to add or change products and a search.
There are 4 functions that are in a screenshot I've attach where you can see the sketch.
1. The sytem looks all the models from the database (or coma separated, or how ever you want to do it, but has to be done from backoffice in wordpress). Then it shows all the models in the box.
2. The model can be filtered too by two select boxes. One has the brand, another one has the model.
3. Once click in the model a window should open and shows all the repair prices picked-up from the data in the backoffice too. Coma separated or database.
4. Once you click in the repair you want to make (an icon in the previous pop-up) the system will pick up the price and add it to the cart.
Would like the programer to recommend us a shop platform for wordpress.
We'll look for one two.
You can use plugins or what ever you need for this to be done.
