I created an adobe lifecycle form pdf, I need some to lock it and make it so my customers can fill it out and email it to me or save it. The form is finished. I just need someone to do the final touches so that it works properly for my customers. If you have any cool ideas to make it better i would be willing to consider them as well. I also need the submit form by email button to submit the form as a pdf. I have attached a copy of the form
