Convert PHP > Python OR write a Python scraper for eBay feedback

Hi,
I wrote a PHP script that scrapes a seller's feedback on eBay and put in it to an SQLlite DB on Scraperwiki. I want this converting to Python (txt file attch), alternatively you can write it fresh from Python.
It needs to display the item number / item name, anything else extra is a bonus.
For this page and load the next page, I will input how many pages to loop.

I will need the .py and compiled .exe. NOT just data.
It is a quick job so I wont accept people who bid high prices as I will just spend a weekend figuring it out myself.
