Convert Tiff images to PDF on a timed basis

Program will convert Group 4 tiff documents to Adobe PDF format (image only). Program/service that will be executed at configuration-specived intervals, i.e. every n minutes-seconds

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

## Platform

Windows 2000, Windows 2000 Processional, Windows , Windows XP Professional environment.

Adobe Acrobat 4.0 or 5.0 functions/objects etc may be used
